Step 1
To change the font color, first you must highlight the text that you want to change and then open the Format menu. Later, you need to click the Font command.
Step 2
Then, you must select the color that you want and click Ok button.
Step 3
You will see that the text has changed.

Unfortunately, the color I want is for the comment color which is seen in the table. NOT the message with the coment. I could do this with WP 7, much I can NOT figure it out how to do it in WP 8. tHE REASON i WANT TO DO THIS IS THAT BY HAVING THE COLOR IN the table and not JUST the notification, it is MUCH easier to see that I have a comment located in my table,.
